MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Witnesses told police the two were seen arguing at the Oyo Townhouse on Shelby Oaks Drive Sunday afternoon.
Julion Saunders is charged with attempted first-degree murder and other crimes.
Police said witnesses told them the victim tried to get into a car through the passenger-side window, but Saunders trapped his arm in the window and dragged him.

Witnesses also told police Saunders tried to hit him with her vehicle as he ran through the parking lot.
Then they heard gunshots.
Police said the man was shot in right side of his jaw and taken to Regional One in critical condition.
Saunders called 911, saying she shot her boyfriend.
