NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) -Sunday, March 14 is celebrated for the math constant known as pie. One local restaurant is celebrating Pie day by adding some fun to the mathematical holiday. Perkins is bringing customers into its circumference.
For 25 years, Perkin’s restaurants have been centered on food, family and community.
“Here in town, we have done National Pancake Day and we support our Nebraskaland days and support our local JC,” said General Manager of North Platte Perkins Romano Polanco.
Starting on Saturday, March 13, members of Perkin’s royalty program can receive a free slice with their purchase. If people have not joined, they are still able to register online at perkinsrestaurants.com.
“Perkins is open 24/7, so people can come to get pancakes at 3:00 in the morning or get pie or at 2:00 in the afternoon or midnight or whenever it is convenient for them,” said Polanco.
