Tuesday's MLB Network coverage features a trio of postseason thrillers, as well as a feature film starring one of October's biggest stars.
Here's a look at the day's full schedule (all times ET):
11 a.m.: 1995 ALDS Game 1 -- Red Sox vs. Indians
After winning 100 games during the regular season, it took the Indians a couple of rallies -- and a few extra innings -- to notch their first victory of the postseason. Trailing 2-0 in the sixth inning, Cleveland rallied for three runs, keyed by a game-tying two-run double from Albert Belle and a go-ahead RBI single from Hall of Famer Eddie Murray.
The Red Sox later tied the game in the eighth, then took a 4-3 lead in the top of the 11th, only to have Belle tie it again with a leadoff homer in the bottom half. It would remain that way until catcher Tony Peña, who entered the game in the 11th inning, delivered a walk-off solo homer in the 13th to lift the Tribe to the series-opening win.
2 p.m. and 10 p.m.: 2000 World Series Game 1 -- Mets vs. Yankees
The "Subway Series" Fall Classic certainly lived up to the hype in Game 1. Al Leiter and Andy Pettitte delivered a scoreless pitchers' duel for the first five innings in the Bronx before the Yankees finally broke through for a pair of runs in the sixth. The Mets answered with three in the seventh to take a 3-2 lead, one they would hold until Chuck Knoblauch's game-tying sacrifice fly in the bottom of the ninth. Things remained tied until the 12th inning, when Yankees second baseman José Vizcaíno capped off a four-hit game with a two-out, bases-loaded, walk-off single.
5 p.m.: 2014 NLCS Game 5 -- Cardinals vs. Giants
The Giants came into Game 5 just one win away from their third National League pennant in five years -- but the Cardinals made sure it wouldn't come easy. St. Louis starter Adam Wainwright allowed just two runs over seven innings, helping the Cards take a 3-2 lead into the eighth against Giants ace Madison Bumgarner. As the Cards turned to the bullpen, however, Giants pinch-hitter Mike Morse welcomed reliever Pat Neshek to the game with a game-tying solo homer. Things went from bad to worse for the Cardinals' bullpen in the ninth, with Travis Ishikawa ultimately clubbing a pennant-clinching walk-off three-run shot off Michael Wacha.
8 p.m.: “The Naked Gun”
Reggie Jackson, also known as "Mr. October" for his postseason success, makes a cameo appearance in the first of three "The Naked Gun" films, playing a hypnotized assassin in a plot against Queen Elizabeth during a Mariners-Angels game. Watch the classic 1988 comedy after a day of postseason thrillers.
