Marquette Athletics and INFLCR have once again expanded their partnership to introduce the INFLCR+ Ring Out Ahoya Local Exchange — a software service that will further assist Marquette in supporting student-athletes as they pursue Name, Image, & Likeness (NIL) business opportunities.
With the INFLCR+ Local Exchange, Marquette Athletics will provide a forum for local and national businesses and collectives to communicate with student-athletes to construct and fulfill NIL agreements.
"Our partnership with INFLCR has had a department-wide benefit to our student-athletes from its beginning and we are looking forward to increasing that impact with the creation of our local exchange," Vice President and Director of Athletics Bill Scholl said. "The exchange will allow our student-athletes the ability to maximize NIL opportunities and connect with businesses around the greater Milwaukee community and beyond."
INFLCR provides proven technology that offers athletics departments a place to send any business, collective, or individual interested in starting an NIL conversation with student-athletes and allows businesses to access a school specific directory to filter and contact specific student-athletes by team, sport, and many other options, including automated NIL transaction compliance and tax reporting. For student-athletes, all NIL business conversations can live in their existing INFLCR account with automated payments and streamlined reporting for tax purposes.
"Marquette is a major first mover on investing in resources for student-athlete brand growth. They were pilot users for our NIL Data Services product offering which is now INFLCR Plus Services," said Jim Cavale, INFLCR Founder. "It's a natural progression for Marquette to continue adding the best tools for their student-athletes to be successful, so we're thrilled that the next step is a customized Local Exchange platform."
