The Bears remain stuck in neutral, at least according to the latest round of NFL power rankings.

Among 10 prominent local and national media outlets, the Bears' ranking is on average 16.3. This week, outlets ranked them as high as 15th and as low as 18th out of the NFL’s 32 teams.

Here’s where local and national media outlets rank the Bears:

Shaw Local: 15

Writes our Hub Arkush: “No shame losing to Rams, Saints and Titans, but can’t win with that offense.”

Chicago Tribune: 17

Writes the Chicago Tribune: “Three straight losses to the Rams, Saints and Titans isn’t as concerning as a season-long struggle for the offense. The Bears will run out of time soon to suggest things can be righted on that side of the ball.”

ESPN: 15

Writes ESPN: “The Bears are in free fall after losing three straight. The offense is an unmitigated disaster. Chicago ranks near the bottom in most important offensive categories, and help is nowhere on the horizon.”

NFL.com: 17

Writes NFL.com: “The Bears lack juice. There are many different factors that make it so, but the bottom line is indisputable.”

Sports Illustrated: 18

Writes Sports Illustrated: “Average quarterback play could be enough to push them into the playoffs, with the defense they have, but therein lies the problem so far.”

USA Today: 16

Writes USA Today: “Stat sheet shows Mitchell Trubisky with a 3-0 record as Chicago's starting QB in 2020, while Nick Foles is now 2-4. Switch might make sense ... if Trubisky's shoulder wasn't bothering him.”

CBS Sports: 16

Writes CBS Sports: “They have crashed back to reality after the fast start. The offense struggled for most of the Tennessee game against a bad defense, which is an indictment of this offense.”

The Athletic: 17

Writes The Athletic: “The personnel isn’t great, but Matt Nagy has shown no signs of being able to maximize the talent he does have. It’s a shame because their defense played well once again.”

Yahoo Sports: 16

Writes Yahoo Sports: “The Bears had one run longer than 6 yards Sunday, and it was from outside linebacker Barkevious Mingo on a fake punt. The Bears’ offense is impossibly bad.”

Bleacher Report: 16

Writes Bleacher Report: “No one should be surprised the Bears are struggling, though. They've been a hot mess offensively for most of the season.”
