Local Office, a Houston-based coworking company, unveiled a location in Bellaire with an emphasis on private offices rather than collaborative spaces in response to the coronavirus pandemic. The 11,000-square-foot dog-friendly facility, on the second floor of 4909 Bissonnet, is the third location for Local Office, which made its debut at 2617 Bissonnet in the West University area in 2017. The second location opened in the Tanglewood area this year.

Gulf Atlantic Packaging Corp. leased 43,539 square feet in Parc 59, a two-building, 279,500-square-foot development of Jackson-Shaw and Thackeray Partners in Humble. The company will occupy a portion of Building B at 7259 Rankin Road for its Texas distribution center. Jason Dillee and Nathan Wynne of CBRE represented the landlord. Joshua Brown and Griffin Rich of Newmark represented the tenant.

Houston Methodist leased 18,825 square feet in Park 288 at 3710 Reed Road, bringing the five-building, 556,638-square-foot business park to full occupancy. Jude Filippone of Transwestern Real Estate Services represented the landlord. Coy Davidson of Colliers International represented the tenant.

Boomtown Coffee leased 5,603 square feet at Fairway Business Park, 2517 Fairway Park Drive. Garret Geaccone and William Carpenter of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Brennan Investment Group.

RepTemp Instrument Corp. leased 31,432 square feet of office/warehouse space at 13770 Hollister Drive. Logan Greer with InSite Realty represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties. John Hornbuckle of Cypressbrook Co. represented the tenant.

Mountain Pointe Enterprises leased 2,400 square feet at 5151 Mitchelldale for five years. Kellye Eancheff with Texas United Realty represented the tenant. Justin Harrity represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

ZFam Properties Spring purchased the 61,910-square-foot former Star Furniture Clearance Center on 2.44 acres at 16515 North Freeway. Brad LyBrand of NewQuest Properties represented the seller, Wolff Interests. Josh Sebesta of S&P Interests represented the buyer.

Bellaire-Wilcrest Elevia purchased the 17,150-square-foot medical office building at 3222 Hillcroft. Micha van Marcke and Chace Henke of Edge Capital Markets represented the seller, SSFP Investments.

You’ve Got Maids, an eco-friendly home cleaning service franchise, opened a location in the Cypress area owned by franchisees Marqela and Justin Goff. The location at 5615 Northwest Central Drive is among more than 50 in the U.S.

An affiliate of Trammell Crow Residential purchased a 16.8-acre site at 5550 Bingle Road and has broken ground on Allora Northwest Crossing, a 378-unit, three-story apartment complex slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2021. Chris Caudill of NAI Partners represented the buyer, Maple Bingle Apartments LP. The sellers' group, led by Claude B. Anello, was represented by NAI Partners' Clay Pritchett and Zane Carman.

Hunt and Hunt renewed a 3,141-square-foot office lease at 7211 Regency Square Blvd. Kat Morrison represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

R. Stahl renewed its lease of 70,280 square feet at Freeport Business Center, 13259-13279 N. Promenade Blvd. Bob Berry with Savills represented the tenant. Jeremy Lumbreras and Boone Smith with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, DRA Advisors.
