JACKSON, Wyo. — A cause of death has been determined for community member and business owner Nick Bochicchio, who was found dead outside his business yesterday morning.

Teton County Coroner Dr. Brent Blue determined he died by suicide.

Jackson Police Department (JPD) responded to a 6:31 a.m. dispatch call of an individual lying near Flat Creek area behind Creekside Market and Deli yesterday.

Upon arrival, JPD determined that the man was deceased. Officials later identified him as Bochicchino, the beloved owner of Creekside Market and Deli.

A pillar in the local Jackson community, Bochicchio was 42 years old and bought Creekside Market and Deli in 2006.

Community members have formed a memorial site in front of Creekside to honor the late business owner.
